A blue porcelain box from the service
from Mantes. The exterior is decorated with a pattern
large deep blue fire known as
of "Sèvres blue", while the interior
is painted with small golden patterns on the background
white.
Based on an original design by
the artist, created in 1968.
Under the base, signature of Georges
Mathieu with the year "68" in gold, the
brand of the Manufacture de Sèvres in
green, and the stamp “Doré à Sèvres,
national manufacture” in red.
Delivered in its original packaging of the
Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres.
